They make recommendations for investments based on their analytical review of current economic conditions and financial reports. The analysts perform an extensive research on potential investments and present their findings in a report. However, the main responsibility involves analysing possible mergers and acquisitions, conducting valuation analysis and completing the comparable transaction analysis.
