in a registration form.

company register law requires you to register for VAT. For this also, you need
to contact the HMRC. Registering for VAT requires filling up more than one form.
A financial record maintaining system is required to handle the business
properly. Business records as well as VAT records are required to be kept for
the proper maintenance of business.
