But, the interference of the banks has changed the situation completely. The banks use certain policies like the proof of funds documents and the letters of credit like SBLC or DLC for the money transactions. These documents have helped the businessmen a lot in their business. The proof of funds document is used during import-export businesses, where the banks act as a guarantor between the two trading parties. The banks guarantee both parties that their total transaction is going to be a success. The proof of funds or POF letter is provided usually by the bank on behalf of the importer, it shows that the importer has got enough balance in his account to pay the importer. During the dealing, the bank interferes on the behalf of both parties; they check whether the exporter is providing good materials and whether the importer is paying properly or not. This step taken by the banks has lessened the chances for the frauds. There is almost no chance of any sort of duplicity in the trading. During the money transactions the banks use certain forms like MT799 or MT760; these are codes used between banks to bank. These codes are just simple text messages delivered from a bank to another. These codes do not represent any proof or guarantee of any sort of money deposit, but they are just used as messages of money transactions.

The interference of the banks in the money transaction cases have not only helped the businessmen, but also lessened the chance of any sort of fraud in sort of business. The parties involved with the transactions get assurance about a safe transaction. These steps taken by the banks have also quickened the transactions to a large extent. Nowadays, most businessmen and common people take the help of the banks for any sort of money transactions to make their deals safe and fast. These steps taken by the banks have bestowed a lot in the advancement of the business world. Such improvement would have been impossible, if the banks would not have taken such excellent and effective steps.
